Role And Responsibilities

  • Identifying new sales leads.
  • Must have good experience in handling end to end lead part.
  • Good experience in team handling.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
  • Must be familiar with portals like Upwork, freelancers, PPH, Guru etc.
  • Strong communication and IT fluency.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
  • Proposal making, Requirement gathering, Requirement Analysis, Effort Estimation, Negotiation.
  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
  • Reach out to clients and project leaders in the course of work in order to identify and evaluate user and business requirements.
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
